What is Growth Matrix? Growth Matrix is a post-workout recovery protein shake. Each serving provides an instant hit of amino acids, L-leucine and glutamine, vitamin B6, fast-acting carbohydrates and Creatine (Creapure ). Growth Matrix can reduce tiredness and fatigue, and contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after intense or long-lasting physical exercise as well as maintain or contribute to the growth of muscle mass. We use whey protein that 39;s hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. It is important to note that hydrolysed whey does have a naturally bitter flavour but Growth Matrix comes in flavours which really help to counter the bitter flavour. Who is it for? Product Information The whey protein in Growth Matrix has been extensively treated with enzymes (hydrolysed), which makes it far easier to absorb into the bloodstream. Hydrolysed whey protein is simply whey protein that is already partially digested, which as a result, absorbs faster into the bloodstream. In effect, we take out the middle man in the body 39;s digestion by partially breaking the bonds linking amino acids by treating the whey with enzymes. We then add the BCAA L-leucine , followed by fast acting carbohydrates in the form of glucose polymers. Couple all of this with additional peptide bonded glutamine, Creatine (Creapure ) and vitamin B6 and it makes Growth Matrix. Recommended Usage Consume one serving daily, immediately after a workout. Mix 105g, approximately three level 60ml measures (scoop included in the tub) with 450ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. These are guidelines and more or less water can be added to taste. Drink the shake immediately after mixing, and for exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.
