Words of a Feather este un joc de petrecere cu un accent unic pe prezentare si prezenta la masa. Jucatorii dezvaluie cuvinte din provizia generala si adauga propriile cuvinte in mix. Toti jucatorii incearca sa scrie cuvinte care se potrivesc pe baza indiciilor oferite. Jucatorii pot paria punctele lor daca se simt increzatori in legatura cu o potrivire. Toti jucatorii incep cu trei carti de cuvinte in mana. In tura lor, un jucator dezvaluie doua cuvinte din provizia generala. Jucatorul activ selecteaza 2 cuvinte din mana lor ca indicii si spune, cu voce tare, un alt cuvant pentru a face 3 indicii. Ei scriu cuvantul lor secret, iar toti jucatorii scriu un cuvant pe care il cred ca se potriveste cu alt jucator. Toti jucatorii primesc 1 punct daca scriu un cuvant care se potriveste cu cel putin un alt jucator. Jucatorul activ castiga 1 punct pentru fiecare persoana care scrie acelasi cuvant(e) ca si el. Toti jucatorii pot de asemenea sa plaseze un pariu de 1-2 puncte din provizia lor. Daca un jucator care pariaza se potriveste cu alt jucator, ei dubleaza pariul lor, pe langa punctele obisnuite pe care le primesc. Jocul continua pana cand toate cartile sunt consumate sau pana cand se obtin 15 puncte sau mai mult.
